LSJ HOST FAQs

Why should I host?

ANSWER: Earn Free Product! Experience what it would be like to be an LSJ Independent Stylist without the initial investment.

What does an LSJ Host do?

ANSWER: LSJ Hosting is simple- Share your personal styling tips and ideas with friends and family. Invite some friends, family, and acquaintances together for a casual and fun get together. Your LSJ Independent Stylist will help with specific questions about the line, submitting orders, and how others can host and join as well! Make sure to choose your favorite pieces from LSJ’s collection to showcase and add to your wish list for Host Rewards!

What are my Host Rewards?

ANSWER: 
*Qualifying Shows for host rewards MUST have a minimum of 2 orders*
$200-$299: $25 credit, no 1/2 priced item
$300-$399: $35 credit, no 1/2 priced item
$400-$499: $45 credit, 1 1/2 priced item
$500-$599: $55 credit, 2 1/2 priced items
$600-$749: $65 credit, 3 1/2 priced items
$750-$999: $85 credit, 3 1/2 priced items
$1000-$1499: $100 credit, 4 1/2 priced items
$1500+: $200 credit, 4 1/2 priced items

How do I Host an LSJ Pop-Up?

ANSWER: If you know a local LSJ Independent Stylist that you would like to host with, feel free to contact them. If you do not know of a local Stylist, we will help get you in touch with one! Send an email mentioning your best available times and dates and we will put you in touch with an LSJ Independent Stylist who will help you with everything! Contact LSJ at customerservice@lasenoritajolie.com.

What happens after I book my Pop-Up?

ANSWER: Once you have gotten in touch with your Stylist and set a date, she will help you with next steps from there and make it a seamless and fun process!

Can I promote my Pop-Up on social media?

ANSWER: Yes, you should if you have potential guests on social media. Again, go where your customer are.

How many people are required to attend to call it a “show” (aka Pop-Up)?

ANSWER: At least 2 separate orders. Consider a private styling appointment, a "get together" with a few friends, Mom’s night out, etc.. Remember - it’s simple and fun!

How do I make sure my show is well attended?

ANSWER: Make sure to invite friends 7-10 days in advance. Contact them the best way to reach them - some people prefer text, others email, others phone and others may be most active on Facebook and other forms of social media.

How many shows can I host?

ANSWER: As many as you would like! Feel free to put a few shows on your and your Stylist’s calendars. Possible types of shows: small group get-togethers, online shows, vendor events, one-on-one stylist appointments, bazaars, and more! You and your Stylist should feel free to be creative!

Can I have multiple vendors at my "Pop-Up"? Can my LSJ Independent Stylist participate in my event?

ANSWER: Yes that is possible! Consider that an event with three or more vendors may be more of a marketing event than a sale event. Two or more vendors seems to not “swap sales”. They are both great opportunities, just know what to expect and plan accordingly.
 

LSJ JOINING FAQs

How do I sign up to Join as an LSJ Independent Stylist?

ANSWER: Be sure to visit the Replicated Site of your Stylist.  The url will be similar to http://stylist.lasenoritajolie.com. Go to the "Join Us" tab to review details of our program. Or... Click on Become a Stylist and follow the instructions. You will choose a Kit, fill an Application then make any payment. You will receive a welcome email and will gain immediate access to our Stylist Sales Suite. 

What are the requirements for an LSJ Independent Stylist?

ANSWER: To maintain your LSJ Independent Stylist status, you must have $200 [retail] volume per quarter year. Higher Stylist rankings have further requirements.

LSJ ORDER PLACEMENT FAQs

How do I find my LSJ Stylist?

ANSWER: You should be referred by a Stylist. They will give you a direct link. If you were not referred by a Stylist, you will have an opportunity to register and a Stylist may be assigned to you.

How do I place an order?

ANSWER: Once you have located your LSJ Independent Stylist (above), you will be able to place a retail order! Select the items you would like and place in your cart. Follow the “checkout” procedure prompts for a seamless experience. If you have any questions or concerns while placing your order on the LSJ website, please contact LSJ Customer Service at customerservice@lasenoritajolie.com, 1-980-237-4725.

What if I want to make an exchange?

ANSWER: We allow one Free one (1) time exchange for item(s) per order. LSJ will send a return shipping label to customer to return items for exchange. If an exchange is for an item of greater/lesser value, the price difference and applicable sales tax will be collected before exchanged item is returned to customer. Please notify customerservice@lasenoritajolie.com and/or your LSJ Independent Stylist if you would like to make an exchange.

How do I make a return?

ANSWER: To return an item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days (7 days for Stylist Orders) after delivery cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. *SALE items are FINAL SALE. They will not be accepted for exchange or returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. *SALE items are FINAL SALE. They will not be accepted for exchange or returns.
